You know what my favorite little employment loophole is?

“Must have a car”
It’s a great way to limit the lower classes from applying for positions. You know, the lower classes and all the stereotypical shit that goes along with hiring the lower classes (i.e., lower intelligence, lower levels of hygiene, lower education, lower level of Caucasian-ness, etc.).
I love it. It’s a nice little way of circumventing the law as well as preventing qualified, great people from interviewing with your company. (Also, I love that employers can require me to have a car when I’m using it to do the job they employed me to do. I highly doubt that any tax write-off for using my car will give me back the same amount of money of the wear and tear, gas, oil, etc., that I put onto my car.)
Aggravating nonsense.
