I’m not saying that all Christians are hypocrites…

…I am, however, saying that this guy is. I promise, this is the last from our buddy Craig. I won’t even post the inevitable response from him:
Save all that mummbo jummbo bullshit conversation for your momma. The bottom line is I didn’t know that freecycle bullshit address was amongst my friends e-mail lists. If you didn’t like what was forwarded you could’ve done the mature thing and deleted it and kept it moving. but because you’re the trouble making ass hole that you are … You had to stop and comment. Next time be the better person and delete it and keep it moving. This is not about me and my God it’s about me and an ass wipe here on earth.
My slightly trolly but slightly serious response:
Craig,
Given the incredibly vulgar and un-Christian things you’ve emailed me, I don’t think you’re in the position to advise anyone on being “the better person.”
When someone sends out Christian spam to a several thousand member mailing list and responds in a downright hostile manner when confronted about it, you’d better expect to receive responses criticizing your ability to follow your religion’s teachings. The correct response from you would have been a “my bad,” not a series of psychotic, vulgar responses. You sent out a garbage forward (which has been widely discredited) that promoted your religious beliefs to an off-topic list. When called out on it, you treated me to a barrage of psychotic and vulgar insults that would be looked down upon by consistent Christians. You first lied about sending the email to the freecycle list and, in a hilarious twist, claimed that Satan must be playing tricks on me because of my email addressed. This was sandwiched in between a slew of four lettered words that frankly made no sense.
Are you so threatened by another person’s religious beliefs (or lack thereof) that you must respond in a defensive and insane way? Seriously, the most inappropriate thing I said in email is “are you f—ing retarded?” You, however, accused me of being both a white supremacist and a Satanist, told me to engage in non-consensual sexual acts with you, and kept referring to me as all sorts of sexist slurs. The first point might be most hilarious, as it shows a lack of any understanding of either Satanism or the white supremacist movement; the second and third points are predictable for your type.
Craig, if this is the way you interact with others offline, I feel so horribly sorry for you and your loved ones. The way we react to things online is often a good indication of how we react to things offline. Instead of sending me insane, screechy emails, you should perhaps think about that and think about the horrendous example of Christianity you are setting for the rest of your flock.
I’m sure you’ll email me again because of your inability to reason or let things go, and if I’m still tickled pink at the thought of ruining your day, I might respond. Either way, I hope you can find the happiness that you’re clearly lacking in your life. Peace out, and if you’re a father, have a wonderful day today.

Who would have thought that the Abortion Debate yahoogroups joke of a discussion list would be good for getting under people’s skin?
I think that my main point stands: don’t send out an unsolicited Christian email and then act in a decidedly un-Christian manner when someone calls you out on it. Seriously, I’ve got a major potty mouth and use it very creatively at times. I’d never send out an initial response like these.
In light of shit like this, can you really fault the atheists who are militantly anti-Christian?
