I am, like, delighted that Aarti Sequeira won this year’s installation of Next Food Network Star. I still have love for Chef Seth Rogan and all, but Food Network is finally getting some much needed diversity to their white bread channel. Huzzah!

    I like *her*, but I'm not all that inspired by her creations. It seems like watered down "fusion" catered to N. American palates. I'll give her a chance to impress…no doubt she was playing it safe in the lead-up.

    Oh, I also went and looked at where people that gave her recipes negative comments were from…red states. Go back to making food with canned cream of mushroom soup.
